Indian Defense and Research Council (DRDO) has declared vacancies in 494 posts. Under this, the institute has invited applications for appointment to Senior Technical Assistant B. The application is to be aligned. Candidates with fixed qualifications can apply online by August 29, 2018. The responsibility of appointments from the DRDO is being supported by the Center for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM). There is no fee for women and reserved category candidates. Pay scale
According to the Seventh Pay Commission, pay matrix will be available according to the six.
Nearly 50,000 rupees will be paid by adding the initial salary to all allowances.
Apart from the salaries, other facilities will be provided by the government including medical and CSD.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on a two-level basis.
Both types of exams will be Computer Best Test (CBT).
Objective type questions will be asked in the examination.
The first phase examination will be similar to all the candidates and it will be done as screening.
The second phase of the examination will be based on the subject and on the basis of it will be merit list.
Information will be given later on by the institution of the examination date.
The first stage examination will be on the fixed centers.
The decision of center for the second phase examination will be done according to the requirement.
Admit card will be uploaded on website two weeks before the examination.
Candidates will not be sent the Admit Card by mail.
Important information can be given to candidates through email or SMS. Candidates can also apply for more than one post.
All the applications will have to pay different application fees.
Examination centers are different according to the positions.
It will be the responsibility of the candidates to reach the different examination centers for two posts.
Candidates have to rank priority in the application form for the place of appointment.
Exam Format:
The first phase of the CBT examination will have 150 objective questions, which will be of 150 marks.
Candidates will get two hours for the first phase of CBT exam.
The second phase of 100 objective questions related to the subject in CBT will be of 100 marks.
Candidates will get 90 minutes (one and a half hours) for the second phase of CBT examination.
To pass the first phase in CBT, it is mandatory to get a minimum of 40% for the general and OBC category and 35% marks for SC and ST.
In the first phase CBT will be selected 10 times of the total number of vacancies.
To pass the second phase in CBT, it is mandatory to get a minimum of 40% for the general and OBC category and 35% marks for SC and ST.
Age range:
Minimum 18 and maximum 28 years.
Benefit of rebate in age limit will be available according to government rules.
The OBC category will get three years off from the age limit.
SC and ST category will get a five-year rebate in age range.
Application fee:
100 rupees for general and other backward class candidates
There is no charge for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, Divyang and women.

After logging in, a link to the DRDO entry test CEPTAM-09 / STA-B advertisement is given below the notice board.
Below this link there is a link to the carton razor and poster, which you can click on to see general information related to the recruits.
Candidates will first have to register with general information.
Candidates will get ID and password after registration.
Candidates can fill in the application form by logging in again with ID-Password.
According to the given instructions, fill the application form.
The application form has been given the option to pay online application fee.
Keep print of lastly completed application and keep it out. This will need to be done till the completion of the appointment process.
